What is included?
Every plan is the same platform: building, unit, tenant and lease records, rent admin and payment visibility, maintenance and issue tracking, dashboards and reporting, and renewal and lease-risk visibility. The plans differ only by scale: Landlord covers up to 5 units, Portfolio up to 25 units, and Agency up to 100 units. Team seats will be added when team workspaces launch.
What happens past my unit allowance?
You keep going and pay per extra unit: R25 on Landlord, R20 on Portfolio and R15 on Agency, added to your monthly plan.
How does the trial work?

What do credit checks cost?
Tenant credit checks are billed at cost, about R250 each, with no markup from Propli.
What do done with you and done for you mean?
Done with you is help on top of your plan: onboarding, workflow and reporting set-up, and a first operational review, for a one-off setup fee of R2 500 for landlords or R7 500 for agencies, plus the normal monthly plan. Done for you is a managed service where Propli runs the workflow, priced from 4% of rent collected with a monthly minimum per unit that is still to be confirmed.
